Beef Cabbage Hash

This is an easy and delicious one pan meal. To make it even easier, i used canned cubed potatoes for a really fast dinner. Thanks for sharing.

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

This is the BEST corned beef I ever had. (and I'm Irish & old) LOL This is the only way I will make corned beef again. I did remove the beef and put carrots and new potatoes.......then cabbage wedges.YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMY! Thank you sooooo much for the post!

Ed Zieba's Famous Family Pork Chops

OMG This is so easy and delish! My hubby doesn't care for pork chops, but loved these. Even my teenage son, who doesn't eat meat, liked this. Is great with scalloped potatoes. Thank you so much for the post.
