Meatloaf with Italian Sausage

Szechwan Shrimp

Carrot Cake

This turned out to be one of the best carrot cakes I have ever had. There was a ton of frosting, so I might cut that down next time, but either way it was great!

This recipe has changed my mind on the difficulty of making pies! I have made this twice and got rave review both times. The secont time I added about 20 drops of food coloring to make it green, but either way this is a great refreshing pie!
