Wheat Germ Whole-Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes
Yummy! I usually don't care for pancakes because I feel so heavy afterwards. No the case with this recipe. However, I used half the oil, added two tablespoons of flaxseed meal, and two tablespoons of honey. This is the first time that I have NEVER had pancakes stick to the griddle. My 3-year-old son ate the entire pancake before I finished making my husband's plate! I had left over batter, so I made a pancake for myself this morning. It was even better today. I used 50/50 diabetic jelly on top and it was perfect.

Bread Machine Bagels
Excellent! These turned out great even though I did something stupid. I made the dough the night before so that my family wouldn't have to wait that long for them in the morning. Well I was in such a hurry that I did not let the dough stand at room temp after taking it out of the fridge. I knew that this was going to be a problem so I tested one. It was a brick. I let the rest of the dough stand and they came out great. It took as much time as if I had made the dough that morning. I will do that next time. The taste and the texture of the bagels were perfect.

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad
Verry Yummy! I added at bit more chicken and I marinated the meat for about 8 hours. I also served it hot. My family loved it.
