My favorite dishes are Italian, Polish, Mexican and Chinese cuisine. I specialize in Italian.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Some of my family traditions are: Italian stuffing for turkey or chicken. Homemade raviolis and meatballs with my grandma's special marinara sauce. Braccioles. Special baked ham with pineapple, cloves, and brown sugar. Easter Pie. Homemade cannolis with my special shells. Too many to mention!

Making a low fat, low carb, sugar free cheesecake that astonishes and delights my friends. My secret recipe.
My cooking tragedies
I am not the best cake maker. When I make a homemade cake it never rises all of the way. I have yet to master that!

Garlicky, Spicy and Sesamey Green Beans
2 minutes was not long enough to cook whole green beans and the recipe was a bit bland.
