Chicken and Dumplings III

This is the easiest chicken and dumplings recipe I have ever made, and there is no compromise on the flavor. I followed the suggestions of a previous reviewer and covered the pot for the last few minutes to steam the biscuits. I also added in some potatos, carrots, and celery. Will definitely make again.

Creamy Banana Bread

This recipe is a great spin on traditional banana bread. I chose to mix the ingredients all together instead of layer the ingredients, and it turned out very moist and good. My family loved it so much that they beg me to buy overripe bananas! Thanks for a great recipe.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

This was the easiest recipe to jazz up the flavor of asparagus. Following others that posted, I switched the amounts of soy and balsamic. It was great! Asparagus was perfectly cooked and had perfect flavor. Will definitely use again.
