Marinade for Steak I
I am very new at cooking. I used the 20 servings version of this recipe to marinade 4 steaks. Is that the correct amount of servings? If I scaled the marinade to 4 servings, it wouldn't fully cover the meat. At the 20 servings version, the soy and the Worcestershire dominated the flavor. Any suggestions?
