Simple, Classic Chicken Potpie

Like others, I added a (criss-cross) crust on top and used more vegetables (a mix of carrots, corn, peas and green beans). I did keep the celery and onions. It took me a little longer to make it than I would have preferred but I am battling the flu so I wasn't cooking with all of my mental spices! We love it. Can't wait to cook the one in the freezer!

Creamy Yogurt Hummus

My bad. I didn't read the reviews first. I had to add a whole extra can of chick peas to make this almost the consistency of regular hummus. Far too lemony as well. Will not be using this one again.
