Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

I just added a table spoon of cornstarch (mixed with water) to thicken the sauce. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly and WOWEEEE it was teriffic!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake

very good basic cheesecake recipe. I made this with and without the cookie dough. It was excellent both ways. Also added a cherry pie filling topping for a tangy kick that works well with cheesecake

Salisbury Steak Supreme

I used prepared hamburger patties to save time and it worked out great. I also used a paket of powdered onion soup since I couldn't find it in a condensed can version. This worked well too, just prepare the powdered soup with 3 cups of water instead of 4 and mix in all the other ingredients. Pour over the browned patties and simmer for 1/2 an hour Serve over rice and you have a good quick meal!

Chicken Enchiladas V

The only thing I changed about this recipe was I used mozzerella cheese (it's all I had) and I poured 2 table spoons of enchilada sauce on each one after they were done because they didn't seem authentically mexican tasting. I wasn't too impressed with this recipe but I gave it a 4 star because my daughter and husband really enjoyed them.

Chicken Lasagna III

This was average. Too rich for me but still a good recipe for those who like a rich, creamy lasagna. If possible, omit the poultry seasoning if you are using prepared rotteserie chicken like I did.

Famous Butter Chicken

This is a great quick easy recipe. My daughter couldn't stop talking about how good it was and she had seconds! I followed the recipe exactly and was very pleased with the results, however next time I will add more spices/parmesan to the cracker crumbs and perhaps this recipe could be made even better with a cream sauce since there is not enough melted butter left over to pour over the chicken.

Beef Bourguignon II

I was really impressed on how easy this dish was to prepare and even more so on how amazing it turned out. Like many others I used 1c of wine and 1 cup of beef broth. The wonderful scent fills up the whole house and the gravy thickens quite nicely without the help of cornstarch. I used fresh mushrooms and onions and added them right from the begining. To compensate for the lack of canned mushroom water I just used the water I soaked the mushrooms in (about a 1/3 cup). I highly reccomend this recipe if you want to impress!
