Spaghetti Pie III
My family really enjoyed this recipe with a few adjustments. I decreased the amount of spaghetti in half, added 1/2 lb. of spicy ground italian sausage, used 8 oz. of cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sour cream and topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese instead of cheddar. I also had to bake this longer than what the recipe called for, approx. 1 hr. to heat completely through. Very good!
