Lentil and Smoked Sausage Soup

I used fresh thyme, Emeril's chicken sausages, and a bit more garlic.This is a husband and kid pleaser for winter nights.

Maple Salmon

We loved it. Not fishy at all maple syrup, who would have thought! I added a little more garlic and also some ginger to the receipe and about 3 Tbls. of OJ Perfect! : )

Caribbean-Spiced Roast Chicken

I love all the spices coming together in this dish. Next time I will increase the lime juice and the brown sugar so as to have a little more sauce.

Southern as You Can Get Collard Greens

I used this receipe for part of my New Years fare and the greens were delicious. The broth makes all the difference. My boyfriend who comes from Louisiana loved them!
