I halved the onion soup mix & didn't use quite 16 oz. of sour cream. Family LOVED it! Considering one is a very hard to please teenager, this says a lot. Will be making this again! Thanks!

YUM! My family loves this(as do I). I didn't do much to it to change it. I only added a little bit of all-spice & nutmeg, and a little more then what the recipe called for in apples- only because I have 2- 5 gallons buckets of apples. The topping is perfect- tasty & crunchy! I made 12 muffins, with the remaining batter I made a loaf of bread, it was kind of thin, so maybe more like coffee cake? Anyway, that was delicious as well.

Man, I thought with over 375 reviews, most being 4-5 stars these would really rock the house. They're pretty average to us. Maybe less than. They fall apart, very weird texture and consistency. And, the first cookie sheet was pretty bland so I added some peanut butter to the rest of the batter, that helped but not significantly. I'm adding chocolate chips to some now, maybe that'll liven things up! If you haven't tried these, keep looking for another recipe, this isn't 'THE ONE.'
