OH MY GOOOOOODNESS!!! yum!!!! mmmmmm!!!! aghhhh! get the point?! lol these are fantastic! i have been looking forever for a recipe to indulge in and this is definitely it! i did use eggroll wraps instead and tried half of them double wrapped and the other half single wrapped. i think the single wrap was enough unless you are really eating this for a meal in itself then go for the double wrapped. i did also use cilantro in place of the spinach and pepper jack cheese instead of the monterey jack and omitted the jalapenos. LOOOOOVE IT!

these are REALLY good! i have made them just as the recipe says to and i've also made them using enchilada sauce instead of taco sauce. i must say that i enjoyed them better as written with one exception. the taste in this recipe is a little sweeter than enchilada sauce, but i have found that substituting salsa for tomato sauce gives a nice balance. (when i use the tomato sauce AND the taco sauce together i feel that it's really a good flavor but i get sick of it kinda quick)next time i am going to put in some green chiles. have fun with it and i would honestly say you don't need the water. i like mine thick!

i am SOLD!!! wow! is all i have to say! same as another reviewer i too stopped making homemade sweet tea because it was too bitter. now i know the secret...baking soda! thanks so much for sharing! this is going to be an all-time staple in my family from now on...(my daughter's even made me bring this in their sippy cups to a restaurant instead of drinking the restaurant's tea!)

i have NEVER given a bad review but I did not care for this recipe. i read the reviews and thought that this would go great with my lemon and garlic roasted chicken. sorry!

WOOOOOOOW!!! i grew up in the Virginia Beach area and we would go to NC all of the time to get bbq! this takes me back big time! i don't have one bad thing to say about this! i wish i would've known sooner that bbq could taste this good out of a slow cooker! this was EASY and honestly tasted like i bought this from north carolina! YUM! my butcher didn't have any bone-in shoulders the day i made this so i just went ahead and used a 4.5 boneless shoulder. it was so easy that i was able to throw it in the cooker at midnight and when i woke up it was almost done! then i didn't even have to fish for the bones sine i used a boneless and i added just a tad bit more vinegar. (i'm that girl who drowns her fries in the stuff!) i could go on forever!

OH MY!!! I MADE THIS TONIGHT AND I HAD TO RUN TO THE COMPUTER AND LET YA'LL KNOW THAT THIS IS AWESOME!!! I LEFT OUT THE CORN ONLY CUZ I'M NOT A BIG FAN OF CORN. THIS IS SOOOOO YUMMY!!!!

i made these right around the holidays and let me tell you...they were the best! my mother-in-law said she has never known her husband and sons to eat beans and they came back for 2nd and 3rds! i'm pregnant also and i had to sneak downstairs right before bed to have one last bite.
