I graduated from the University of Jordan with an M.A. degree in English Language and Literature. I worked as a teacher of English for six years at the Baptist School of Amman and taught as a part timer at the University of Jordan. I got married on Oct. 16, 2005. I haven't had the time to cook before getting married but now i am learning fast and doing a good job - I think :) I like to cook Arabic food. It's a bit difficult but I am doing ok especially by getting the guidance from my mom and mother in law. I am also interested in Chinese and Italian cuisines. My mom cooks our traditional Jordanian dish (Mansaf) perfectly when we have a special occasion. I hope I can master it one day. Almost every new dish I have tried to cook was so tasty so far I cooked stir fried squid and simply changed some of the ingredients, and what a disaster!
