Chicken Cheese Chowder
This chowder was a hit with the family. Easy to prepare. I made my own chicken stock by boiling the chicken meat first. Removed the chicken and threw in the vegies. I added brocolli to the mix and used sweet potato. Came out great. I topped this meal off with savoury bacon scones.

Banana Cake V
This cake turned out great. Soft and moist, not the least bit dry. A great afternoon tea for the family. For a little crunch add chopped pecans or walnuts to the batter, mmmm delish.

Perfect Rib Roast
Easy. Simple. Superb. The best roast I have made for guests in a long time. There were no left overs at this dinner party.
