Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I made this just now for lunch, I paired it with rice and broccoli. I cut the recipe for the sauce in half and used only 2 filets. Absolutely superb!!! Sauce runs off, but I just scooped it on top when done. I only cooked it 2 min first side then 1 1/2 other two times. Light enough for lunch but will make an awesome dinner!!!
