Carrot Pineapple Cake I
Excellent! This has become our traditional Birthday cake every year for my wife's Birthday! She LOVES is! Thank you. (Update - Everyone loved this so much on her Birthday that they requested I make it again for one party on Christmas Eve and for our other party on Christmas Day!)

Oil Pie Crust
Very good! Quick and easy, and I really like that it uses oil instead of lard. I used canola oil, and I cut the recipe in half because I only wanted one crust. I didn't refrigerate it because I didn't have time, and it still rolled out wonderfully. Thank you. I will be using this recipe again.

Turkey Tetrazzini II
Fantastic! Followed the recipe exactly except used fettucini instead of spaghetti and added paprika to the top before putting in oven. Rich, delicious, and easy to make. My girlfriend exclaimed, "Fantastic," after she took her first bite, which sums up this recipe and was a great compliment! Thank you!
