The Best Steak Marinade

Well, the only thing better than this marinade was Kazoo's review! LOVED this! Family said its a keeper. I made a mistake by only marinating one steak in it...not ALL! Thanks SweetCravings! :) Try it folks you will LOVE IT!

Peach Cobbler I

I thought this so easy and tasted great! I used a smaller casserole dish 9x6 I believe. And I added some extra brown sugar to the 2 T of white sugar because I used 5 cups of peaches. Used 3 T of butter only. It was perfect!

Can you scream FUNNEL CAKE! AWESOME! Put in a ziplock, snipped corner and made it like a funnel cake in peanut oil. AWESOME RECIPE!

Thai Beef Noodle Salad

This was EXCELLENT! I did only use half the vinegar it called for, per reviewers recommendations. And omitted salt even with using the low sodium soy sauce. Next time I think I will throw a couple Tablespoons of honey in the dressing to sweeten it just because I love sweet and savory. THIS IS A KEEPER!!!!!!

Cilantro Serrano Cream Sauce

LOVED this. Used as a dip but this would be great on fish like others have suggested. I am going to change it up a little. Use sour cream next time and roast the serranos with onions. YUM!

Strawberry Salad with Shallot-Honey Vinaigrette

I made this for my ladie friends last night....they loved it! I did whisk in 2 Tablespoons of raspberry jelly to the dressing only because I was craving it, not because the salad needed it. Its a great salad and a gone salad too...they ate it up! Thanks!
