I am a stay at home mom with 2 small kids. I love it and really appreciate that I get to stay at home--my husband works a ton so we thought it was important that one of us be at home with the kids! I like easy things that look like it took forever to make!!!!! Take a look a the oreo cookie bark recipe on this site! I come from a German Family --so lots of potato pancakes, dumplings, spaetzle and bratwurst! I hope to have one soon??!!!!!! Before I was married I made lasagna for my soon to be husband--his mother is Italian--what was I (a german girl) thinking?? Anyways--I forgot to boil the noodles and they were NOT the kind that you could do that with so we ended up with crunchy lasagna! After 15 years of marriage, I still hear about it!!!
