Chow Mein Noodle Casserole
My mom used to make something like this when I was growing up. Very tasty. Good for leftover lunches also. I did use cream of mushroom soup.

Angel's Pasta
The pasta was a bit dry. I also thought there was not enough veggies for the amount of pasta, but with a little tweaking this could be really good. So, as written and followed a little boring and dry. Update: So, I halved the amount of pasta and used a can of diced tomatoes. It was obviously less dry and still tasty.

Tasty Lentil Tacos
This is so good. I used to replace the meat with red beans, but I won't anymore. I had never cooked with lentils before, either. I didn't tell the kids what it was until after they had eaten it and everyone cleaned their plates. I did decrease the amount of cumin, but that is just a personal preference. Yum!
