Grilled Chicken and Portobello Lasagna Rollups
Agree with aswright1, a little more sauce would be great. Although more red and less white to keep it a little healthier. I used a packet of simply organic alfredo sauce - fast and easy(uses nf milk and you can add a little ff 1/2 and 1/2)to keep the fat/calories down. Tastes rich and creamy - no one will know the difference between this and the heavy fat version. I also added a little white wine with the mushrooms and spinach as one other reviewer suggested - great addition. I sautéed some onions and a garlic with the chicken. Excellent recipe - thank you!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
This was absolutely delicious. Like others suggested, I used about 2 heaping teaspoons of the diced jalapeno and most of the green chilis - not all. I used both cans of broth (didn't cut back as on of the reviewers suggested). I used two cans of canned white beans (pureed one) and one can of pinto beans. Then when it was done and in the soup bowls, I put a little shredded mozarella on top. Really good recipe and easy! Oh and I sauted some celery with the onion. Also added a can of corn to it.
