What a wonderful recipe!! I was a little curious at first with no milk or cream to smooth and loosen it up, I even got the milk out. Turned out perfect without it and tasted great!!! Can't thank you enough Rachael for this recipe!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

I have never had better wings than this in ANY restaurant!!! Very easy to make and the flavor is perfect. I would not change a thing. I can't thank you enough for this recipe Kelly!

Hot Pepper Cheese Ball

Very fast and easy to put together. Has a nice flavor but I wouldn't call it a hot pepper cheese ball as it has a very mellow flavor and I followed the recipe exactly. That being said I would make it again. Also be sure you take it out of the fridge about an hour before serving so it spreads easily and for better flavor.

Satiny Chocolate Glaze

The PERFECT glaze!! I just put right on the burner on med. low until the chips and butter melted. Takes just minutes to make.....tastes great too!

Scandinavian Almond Bars

I'm afraid I'm going to be the odd ball here but I found these to be a bit boring even after glazing them. Plus you have to eat them the first day or so because the get stale VERY FAST! Wouldn't bother with them again. Sorry

Cafeteria Carrot Souffle

Loved it!!! Like some of the other reviewers I used half white and half brown sugars. It also took about 15 minutes longer to cook which was no big deal it was well worth the wait. Thanks so much for offering this recipe.

Oven Kalua Pork

Made this today and hubby and I both loved it!! I added an extra Tbsp. of liquid smoke and set the oven at 300*. It was perfectly cooked at 6 hrs. I was unable to find hawaiian rolls in 3 different stores so I ended up with kaiser rolls. I toasted them just a bit and we each added a sweet barbeque sauce on top of the pork. Served with homemade coleslaw and pickles. Will make this often. Fantastic!!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Without a doubt.........these are the BEST chocolate chip cookies I have ever come across. I thought the recipe I've been using for years was very good but these are absolutely wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe with us!!

Cranberry Swirl Coffee Cake

This is a wonderful holiday coffee cake! The only thing I changed was the size of the can of cranberries from 8 oz. to 16 oz. It was great the way it was but I think next time I make it I'll use orange extract in place of the almond and I'll put a few ground nuts in the pan before the batter and drizzle some glaze over the top after cooling. Hubby LOVED it and begged me not to take it to work!! Thanks so much for the recipe Laura!

Baked Orange Roughy Italian-Style

Oh my gosh! This recipe is outstanding! I did add a little lemon pepper to the bread crumbs and I also baked it longer since our fish was nice and thick. Hubby thought I was quite the gourmet cook and of course I didn't tell him how EASY it was to fix. It's a keeper! Thanks for sharing this Tonya.
