This is a wonderful holiday coffee cake! The only thing I changed was the size of the can of cranberries from 8 oz. to 16 oz. It was great the way it was but I think next time I make it I'll use orange extract in place of the almond and I'll put a few ground nuts in the pan before the batter and drizzle some glaze over the top after cooling. Hubby LOVED it and begged me not to take it to work!!
