Bourbon Whiskey BBQ Sauce
We loved this sauce. Had to substitute lemon juice for the vinegar, for my husband's allergy, but it was still amazing!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This is a great base, but I added jalapenos and cilantro to up the mexican flavor. I also use boneless chicken thighs for more tender meat. I've made it several times. Great topped with scallions, sour cream and mexican blend shredded cheese.

Birthday Bones
My dogs (all three) went crazy for these. I made a double batch and handed them out (cut into holiday shapes) for our friends' dogs alongside the holiday cookies we made. They were a big hit all around. I substituted 1/2 cup of wheat germ to make them extra wholesome! They cooked in the smaller shapes in 1/2 the time. The only problem is that they gave all of the dogs a lot of gas!
