Polvorones de Canele (Cinnamon Cookies)
Really tasty and powdery. Mine spread out a lot both times I made them (following the recipe to a T). The second time, I had even refrigerated the dough before baking. Still, they tasted great.

Texas Black Bean Soup
Really tasty. I messed up a little by not adding enough liquid, but I found that it resulted in a tasty side dish! So I'm using this recipe as a soup (with liquid) and as a side dish (without the liquid)!

Black Bean Rice Burgers
These taste great, but I also had trouble getting them stick together, in the form of a patty. The second time, I served it as a side dish and ate it with a fork.
