Loved it! Was really easy to make and TASTY, but next time I make them I think I will alter the recipe a bit and figure out a way to make a meatless version, my family just tends to prefer less meat.

I added some black beans and everyone in my family really liked it. Soooo easy to make, but the rice didn't cook all the way according to the directions, even with an additional ten minutes of cook time I still thought it wasn't quite done. Next time I make it I will probably cook the rice a little bit before adding it.

Yummy! My husband loved this, he even finished all the leftovers within a day... that's a first in my house. I did add a little bit of feta cheese to it, we like the traditional greek flavor.
