This was an unbelievable and easy recipe! My hubby and I are corned beef hash lovers. I had some leftover deli pastrami that I didn't want to throw away. I used the pastrami instead of corned beef - YUMMY! I am preparing a Tampa Bay BUCCANEER Tailgating Brunch for 24 tomorrow and this dish is #1 on the menu! Go BUCS!

UNBELIEVABLE! My hubby ate this for 2 days straight. I have a Friday Lunch Club that has demanded this 3 x in the last 6 weeks. Add the fresh grated parmesan cheese in with the sour cream/cream cheese mix - YUMMY and EASY!

I made this dip for an upscale Black & White party at a friend's house. I used 1 box of vanilla pudding an 1 box of Pistachio pudding instead of the 2 boxes of Vanilla. I served in a huge Margarhita glass with a tray of fruit kabobs, poundcakes cubes and biscotti. It was the party rave and all gobbled up. Every part that some of the mutual people are also attending all tell me I have to bring this again. With the addition of the pistachio dip, it was great at our ST. Paddy's party.
