Chicken Marsala

I could not stop eating this! I did add 2 garlic cloves (minced) with the chicken, but other than that, followed the recipe exactly.

Pork Marsala

Very good. Personally, I found I didn't pound the pork thin enough, and I did add some extra salt and garlic.

Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo

Great, simple recipe. To thicken the sauce, remove it from the heat and give it a few minutes.
