Seven Layer Tortilla Pie
Could only fit 5 layers in the dish but it worked out alright. It wasn't great tasting again it was alright. With some work it could be better.

Mexican Bean Pie
Great idea but really needs improvement. As a vegetarian I found the dish quiet boring. I think chili or cayenne pepper might liven it up a bit.

Peanut Butter Cake III
It just didn't taste right and the texture was quiet dry. I really have no idea how to improve the recipe but I wouldn't make it again.
