New friends, new recipes, we are the newdy foodies!! We are best friends, fearless cooks and adventurous eaters. We became fast friends because of our mutual enthusiasm for great food, good wine and cooking up a storm. We take turns trying and modifying new recipes in each other's kitchen. We love entertaining friends and using them as our guinea pigs, even though their extraordinary, off-the-chart-allergies pose great challenges(YOU know who you are!!). It is nice to come home after work and spend time cooking, especially since neither of us has cable tv. One of us has a big vegetable garden and the other comes from a sheep and beef farm, so if you are looking for 800 ways to cook zucchini but were always afraid to ask, or know new ways to cook lamb, be sure to contact us. Seriously, we are excited to be part of this forum and look forward to sharing some of our culinary adventures with you. Indian food is a constant theme and a favourite for both of us.
