Slow-Cooked German Short Ribs
My 10 year old grandson & I made this for Father's Day. Everyone loved it, especially the sauce! We threw the ribs on the grill at the end for just a few minutes, and served the sauce alongside. Both his mom & his uncle asked him for the recipe - great ending to a great day spent with him.

Tender Pan-Fried Chicken Breasts
I've never been good at fried chicken, but even my picky son raved over this recipe. It was crisp, tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned. Thanks!!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
My family loved this version of the classic. The only change we made was to spread Dijon mustard on the chicken before rolling up the ham/cheese. It's easy & quick, not at all intimidating. The wine reduction and cream make an incredible sauce. Tastes like you cooked for hours. Thanks!!
