Orange Drop Cookies IV

Papaya Passion Smoothie
I have been looking for a smoothie recipe to use my papaya in and this is my favorite. I love this. I had to make 2 changes because I didn't have condensed milk or vanilla yogurt. I used plain yogurt instead and used 1 1/2 cups milk and 1/2 cup whipping cream.

Orange Drop Cookies IV
These are too cake-like for me. They have a nice flavor but I like my cookies chewy. If I want something that has the texture of a cake I'll bake a cake. I found that the smaller you make them the better they work. Too big and they get too dark on the bottom. You don't need to use much of the orange juice to make the icing, I only needed 1 Tbsp. After grating the orange rinds, I put them in a bowl and snipped them with scissors until they were small enough.

Mom's Best Macaroni Salad
This is really good if you like your macaroni salad to taste sweet. It is too sweet though, next time I will add 1/2 the sugar or less because the condensed milk is also extremely sweet.
