Being a bachelor for many years got me into cooking. Not wanting to eat out all the time got me interested in preparing small, fast and nutritious meals. My cooking skills haven't taken me into baking, but that may be next. Willing to try almost any cuisine that appeals to my taste buds. I came from era when meats tended to be overcooked...IE. pork and beef. and lot's of fried foods. I tend to get away from those old traditions.
