Candy Apple Pie
I made this for a baking contest at work. Unfortunately it didn't win(not the pie's fault, I think the people were scared to try something different) The changes that this recipe needs: More food coloring then called for, maybe a whole TSP. Also more apples, 5 Granny's just wasn't enough, next time I am going to try it with 7 and see how that goes. I like a big pie where the top of the pie is up over the edge of the crust or at least meeting it. The filling had great flavor, I could have just ate the filling with a spoon it tasted so GOOD!!!!

Apple Cake V
This recipe won me first prize in our office's apple bake off! of course I didn't use nuts, and I altered the oil with apple sauce to cut a few of the calories off. And i used the dark brown sugar for the topping. People actually tasted this cake and moaned a little. You won't be disappointed by it!!!

Glazed Apple Cream Pie
Wonderful!!! I made by the recipe the first time, the pie looked slightly concave. But tasted delish. Made it a second time and doubled the custard and added enough apples to make the pie look all full and luscious. Too much cream. So next time i will make the cream as per the recipe and just load it up with the apples.
