Chicken with Red Pepper Cream Sauce

This was an easy dinner to put together. Though I did make some changes, rather than oil packed red peppers, I used fresh and roasted them myself, a much better flavor than oil packed and I used fresh cream. Really very nice! Thanks for the recipe!

Bacon Tomato Chowder

This was a fantastic soup! I took the advice of a previous "chef" and added more tomatoes! Each and every savory bite was full of tomatoes. Thanks for the winner!! :)

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

This was fantastic! Though knowing me, I made some small changes ... omited the butter except a light spread on the bottom of the glass dish, I used cream of mushroom rather than chicken and added 3/4 cup of sour cream. Very nice indeed. Thanks!

Christmas Egg Puff

This was a yummy dish. Though I did not put in as much cheese as was listed, it was really a nice light dish. I loved how the cheese seperated from the egg mixture, when sliced on the plate it was rather attractive! Oh, I also used my electric mixer rather than the blender. :) Thanks for this one! Fantastic!!

Aaron's Missouri Burger

These were awesome! Easy to throw together, there was no issue with the beef not holding, they were moist and fabulous ... so says my 16 yr old son who ate 4! :) Thanks for the great recipe Aaron!!

Mumze's Sticky Chicken

I followed this recipe completely, though it never got sticky and the amount of liquid was twice as much as the chicken. I enjoy soya sauce, but I feel this was just too much soya.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

It's true the longer you leave them int he skillet, the hotter they get!! Loved the recipe, was quick and easy to put together, although adding the butter to the hot sauce made them way to rich. I think I would omit the butter or cut in half next time! :)

Frozen Fruit Salad

This receipe was very easy and pretty - though way to sweet. If I make this again I would omit the 1/2 cup of sugar. With the remaining I blended and added water to balance it out. This version was a great hit with the kids!
