Cheese Ravioli with Three Pepper Topping
Love this. It is in our regular dinner rotation. Only thing I do differently is up the amt of pepper to 1 green, 1 red and 1 yellow or orange.

Ham N Cheese Quiches
Delicious! I used bacon instead of ham but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. They were a little too salty so next time I might leave the salt out as ham and bacon are both quite salty on their own. I shared these with some friends and got many requests for the recipe.

Mushroom Crescents
Great! I took these as an appetizer to Easter dinner and they went fast. I followed someone else's lead and didn't make my own crust, just used flaky biscuits and peeled off layers. Other than that I followed the recipe as posted. They were delicious!
