My mother is Southern Californian and my father is a Cajun boy so I had quite the variety of food growing up. I have a husband and two daughters who all love my cooking. I love cooking veggies on the grill. I also have been experimenting lately with different recipes and am enjoying the feedback. We always have Gumbo on Christmas Eve. The past couple of Easters we have ditched the ham and have tried steak, spaghetti and even Gumbo. I love when a recipe turns out great and I get wonderful reviews. None that I can recall.
