I'm a textbook editor in Orlando, Florida. Since my family consists of me and my husband, I don't have to cook a lot, but I am looking to improve and move onto more complicated meals. Just about anything with chicken. Also, any time I get to bake cookies, I'm a happy girl. In fact, I just bought a book about the best cookies ever. We don't have many traditions regarding cooking in my family. Just the usual holiday kind of stuff. I'm new, so I don't have many. Just cookies and the simpler things. I really want to get better, though. Haven't had many yet. Then again, I haven't done much. I don't tend to expand outside of specifically what the recipe says to do.
