This was a good easy recipe. I made it exactly as shown. I felt like it needed a little something. I poured a little blue cheese dressing on my sandwich, which I thought helped. Maybe I'll try some different sauces, too. It's definitely a keeper, but one I think I'll monkey around with a little to get it more to my liking. Thanks for posting!

This was really good. I have never had kielbasa prepared this way before. I got some fresh home made kielbasa and used that in the recipe and used red green and yellow pepper. I ended up adding some seasonings at the end (salt, pepper, and paprika)We will definitely have this again. Oh, and it passed the Toddler Test.

Very good recipe. I will definitely make this again, although next time, I think I might change it up slightly and use tater tots as a top layer as I've seen some other casserole recipes. I just like the potatoes crispier. -just a personal preference, but LOVED the flavors in this recipe, and my 2 year old cleaned his plate!
