Ginger-Glazed Chicken
Fantastic! It's too cold here to grill, so I basted boneless, skinless chicken breasts and baked them at 350 degrees for about 22 minutes. This will definitely be a summer staple in our house. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Baked Dijon Salmon
My husband and I thought this recipe is fantastic! For those who thought that there wasn't enough flavor, there are "bold and spicy" or other varieties of dijon mustard that might oomph it up. I'm not a huge fan of mustard, so I used equal amounts of dijon mustard and honey, and it was perfect for me. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Homemade Pancake Syrup
This recipe is amazing! I have never made homemade syrup before but like others have mentioned, I thought making it might save some money. I made it with Good Old Fashioned Pancakes, also from this site, and it was a huge hit! Next time, I might try adding almond extract, as others have suggested, but the recipe is perfect as is. Thanks for sharing this great recipe!
