I followed this recipe exactly but cooked it in the oven in a loaf pan at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. The meatloaf was moist and the sauce was delicious. Even my 3 year old loved it! Thank you for a great meatloaf recipe!

This was one of the best things I have ever eaten. The flavors were so yummy and fresh. The home made tomatillo sauce was the best part of the dish and not at all hard to prepare. I bought two fresh tomatillos and two fresh jalapenos and through them in the food processor, dumped it into a sauce pan coated with oil, cooked for a few minutes then added the beef broth and cooked it down. Not that hard to do... My husband likes Ortego tacos with lots and lots of cheese and sour cream. He did not even miss his favorites add-ons with all the delicious flavors of this recipe! Thank you for sharing this with us. I am already craving it again it was just so good!!!!!!!!!

Strawberry and rhubarb season is upon us! I made this recipe exactly as called for and it was delicious! Why cheat yourself out of the topping or the sweetness of it when you are eating dessert anyway! Definately a great way to use excess strawberries and rhubarb! Thank you!

The best beef stew! I always had trouble with getting my stew to the right consistency. It usually was too watery! This was perfect! I coated my beef with flour then browned it on the stove. I then added a can of beef broth to the pot and scraped up all the drippings. I poured this into an oven bag and skipped the water, didn't add the sugar or the granules. I did add the bread and it came out perfect! Thanks for a great recipe!

I made this last night for a girls' night out at a friend's house. There were 8 of us drinking this and we ran out! It was ssssooo good! Everyone wanted the recipe! The fresh fruit at the store was hard as a rock, so I added one whole bag of frozen peaches and one whole bag of frozen mango. We ended up eating all the fruit when the sangria was gone. Absolutely delicious and ssssoooo easy. I used trader Joe's frozen chicken breast tenderloins. I threw them in a large plastic bag with the flour and pepper then just cooked them a little longer. My picky kids loved this combination. They don't like strong tastes (bbq sauce, hot sauce, etc.) but this had a nice mild flavor! Thanks for a nice, easy dinner recipe!

This chicken was amazing! I found this recipe today when I was trying to decide what to do about my plain old bonless chicken breast that I was planning on serving for dinner tonight. I was in the mood for something different but didn't have a clue how to get there. This was exactly what I was looking for! I followed a suggestion left by others and tossed the chicken first in a zipper bag with some flower. I also didn't have fresh ginger so just used jarred and it still came out incredible! My sauce thickened nicely and I threw in a bag of frozen broccoli right into the mix when it was done and heated through. Way better than the local Chinese place because I knew I had made it with my own fresh, well-trimmed chicken. I also took some chicken out of the pan after it browned to serve my young kids, before I added the sauce. So nice not to have to make two different meals!

I feel crazy writing to say that I didn't like this after all the rave reviews but I thought it was nothing special. I followed suggestions and added vanilla flavoring, cinnamin and nutmeg directly to the apple part, but they still tasted incredibly bland to me. The cake mix layer on top was way too sweet and I felt like the cake mix and apple layer didn't really go together, just kind of sat separately in the pan. I am ssssooo disappointed!
