Chicken and Red Wine Sauce
Just did not really like ... even cutting down on the sugar, it was too sweet, plus it was bland on top of it ... edible, but won't be making again.

Beef Pot Roast
I made this exactly as stated, and it was not to my liking ... so disappointing ... I should have stayed with the ol' crockpot ... it never fails me ....

Stuffed Pattypan Squash
I did not like this at all ... it was bland, dry ... looked pretty on the plate, but beyond that ... I'm surprised so many people have rated this so highly, although I have noticed that a lot of the great reviews involve changes to the actual recipe, which is what I used ....
