Just experimenting and learning to cook. Spaghetti, bruschetta, salads. Also I occasionally make desserts. I come from a long line of bland, boring cooks. lol I'm doing much better these days, especially after discovering that quality ingredients really do make a difference. :) I can't seem to make lasagna that looks and tastes decent to save my life!
