Maine Lobster Lasagna
Very good. I only used about 1 C. of lobster and then a pound of shrimp sliced in half. Will make again.

Amish Macaroni Salad
I gave only 4 stars because I only used half the sugar. At first I thought there was too much dressing, but in the end it seemed just right. This is not like the amish that I buy here in Lancaster County PA, it was better!

Pecan Tarts
