My cooking tragedies
Definitely the "Welcome Back Home" brownies my kids and I made for my husband when he returned from a trip. We were experimenting with a low-fat low-sugar brownie because he's diabetic but loves brownies. Huge failure!

Singapore Noodles
My husband has been craving Singapore Rice Noodles like we used to get from the Chinese restaurant around the corner. Now thanks to your recipe he can have them anytime. I just substitute rice noodles for the vermicelli and it's even better than the restaurant's offering!

Jeanie's Falafel
I added an egg to mine because it seemed too dry otherwise. They turned out great, even better than what I've had at the local Mediterranean Restaurant. I served them on flatbread with tzatziki sauce, black olives, feta cheese and tomatoes. Yummy! Thanks for the recipe.
