Banana Bread VII
I was a little hestitant to use Bisquick as the "flour" in this bread but was so curious as to how it would taste I gave it a try. I LOVED IT!!!! I just might make this my main banana bread recipe from now on. I too added the cinnamon and used 5 very ripe bananas. Thanks for this recipe---my children loved it too.

Overnight Cinnamon Rolls II
I have made these twice and both times came out too dry for my family. Would not make again!!

Grandma's Homemade Banana Bread
This was just an okay recipe for me. I have been trying many banana bread recipes and have yet to find one that really stands out. I found that I had to put it into a 9x5 loaf pan and then I cooked it for an additional 20 minutes and it still came out a little on the underdone side on the very bottom. Go figure?
