Slow Cooker Taco Soup
This was fantastic! Since the leftovers were a bit thick(as expected), We ate it as a dip with tortilla chips.

Husband-Friendly Chicken Pizza
followed directions exactly, was expecting not to like it but was incredibly surprised. the blue cheese was the perfect compliment to the bbq i like spicer food so I would use 2 jalapenos next time.

Family Casserole
quck and easy, i used fresh veggies instead of frozen and canned because thats what I had. I also swapped the white rice for brown as it wasn't specified in the recipe. my kids loved it!
