Husband-Friendly Chicken Pizza
followed directions exactly, was expecting not to like it but was incredibly surprised. the blue cheese was the perfect compliment to the bbq i like spicer food so I would use 2 jalapenos next time.

Family Casserole
quck and easy, i used fresh veggies instead of frozen and canned because thats what I had. I also swapped the white rice for brown as it wasn't specified in the recipe. my kids loved it!

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce
turned out great even with taking some sauce aside and mixing with chicken for my hubby
