Apple Brownies
I actually liked this one. I made a 1 1/2 batch to fit my 9x13 pan. I substituted 2/3 of the butter with some homemade apple butter I had on hand & used an extra large egg for my measurement. It tasted great! Mine's pretty sweet but very tasty. I cut my apples into 8 sections and then sliced each section. The pieces were the perfect size and it was done in 35-45 minutes like the recipe. This is a great base recipe!
