Creamy Veggie Fondue
I'm actually surprised this one got such good reviews. I halved the recipe and I'm REALLY glad I did- less food to waste that way. The cayenne pepper completely took over the flavor of this. I used all organic ingredients. I couldn't eat more than a little of it- all I tasted was the burn of cayenne, no cheese, no other flavor. The people eating with me felt the same way. I would -not- recommend this recipe with the current proportions.

Nutty Quick Bread
Amazing! I used some skim milk with vinegar for the buttermilk, trail mix crunch for the grapenuts, half white and half wheat flour, and cane sugar then froze the loaves to eat later. They're delicious!

Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes
I usually make green beans my own way- not using a recipe. In honor of Thanksgiving I decided to give this a try instead. It wasn't terrible but it didn't amaze me either. Not a bad basic recipe but I won't be making it again.
