Luscious Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie
My 10 year old daughter made this for our Thanksgiving. We loved it! the crust is fantastic and will be one we use for many pies. The filling was frozen and very refreshing after a heavy meal. Wonderful pie. :)

Justin's Hoosier Daddy Chili
this is our favorite chili recipe ever! I make it for everybody. I even sometimes make it vegan by omitting the ground beef and substituting vegetable stock for the chicken stock. It is fantastic!

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
yummy! The whole family loved this. I added raisins and walnuts. Make it the night before and pop it in the microwave for a quick and nutritious breakfast.
