The chicken was good, but not a whole lot of flavor. I thought the relish topping was just out of place, it didn't really bring the meal together. It was fun to make though!

Lemon Horseradish New Potatoes

Very yummy! I did however increase the pepper to 1/2 teaspoon, and the horseradish to 3 tablespoons. Great recipe, easy and delicious.

Grecian Pork Tenderloin

Thought this was a great, delicious, and fairly simple recipe. I actually used this to marinade a 4lb pork loin, per the recipe I tossed it in a bag and threw in the fridge. I marinated overnight, and grilled for probably 1 to 1.5 hours. Great flavor, moist, and yummy!

Maple Glazed Ribs

So in all honesty I did not use this glase, but used all the preparation techniquest to prepare a honey-mustard glaze. It made all the difference. Previous reviews on the honey-mustard glaze said the flavor was good but did not marinate into the ribs, so I found it very helpful to use these instructions with that recipe. Thanks!

Spicy Honey-Mustard Glazed Pork Ribs

Loved the flavor, made some small changes in preparing. I first placed the ribs in a large pot and covered with water. Covered, and simmered 1 hour. Drained the ribs and transfered to a shallow dish. After preparing the glaze I let it cool slightly and then poured over the ribs. Let the ribs marinate at least 2 hours, I let mine marinate over night. Grilled them while frequently basting... it was soooo good. A little spicy for those with sensitive taste buds. My boyfriend loved the flavor, but said they were too hot to eat as many as he wanted.

I love this recipe, and the spices in it. My boyfriend however feels they are a little too spicy, so if you are a little sensitive beware... I LOVE anything HOT!

Mexican Turkey Burgers with Pico de Gallo

Delicious, and loved the pico de gallo! They were a little mushy, so in order to cook them on an outdoor grill I had to lay down tinfoil and spray with some Pam... but it totally worked. My boyfriend is a ketchup fan and was hesitant to eat a burger without it, but LOVED them and asked that I suggest others put Sour Cream on them as well as it makes it perfect! Thanks for the awesome recipe.

Thai Pork Loin

This seemed kinda like a lot of work for what you got, I followed the recipe exactly and the "sauce" never thickened or became anything. I still spooned over the pork loin chops but it kinda just made a mess. Good flavor, but still not something I will make again.
