Plain Eggless Cake
I made this cake for a 4 year old with allergies. Do NOT change anything in the recipe..it turned out great as is!! A little denser than regualar cake but still fluffy and a nice flavor. Made cupcakes and a layer cake!

Italian Torte
this was a BIG hit!! everyone loved it! Great presentation, great taste! I always read the reviews before I make a recipe, they always help! I used the recipe for pesto from this site that uses walnuts instead of pine nuts, it was very good!! Definitely a keeper!

Pepperoni Stuffed Mushrooms
I have been making a recipe just like this for yeers but doing it all by taste...great to have it in a recipe so I can pass it on to friends! It is an excellent recipe!!!
