Mango Chutney Cheese Ball
This was a hit at a party, and so easy. I had a little trouble finding mango chutney, but finally found it at Trader Joe's

Blue Cheese Cole Slaw
Very yummy, although I think I'll use a little less mayo next time, it came out a little too moist; I added some toasted almonds, which I definitely recommend, and didn't use carrots.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I
This was a hit for our Easter lunch, but I gave it four stars because it was a bit too sweet, and a little too oily
